This application is to be completed for Guest/Substitute Teaching for the 2024-25 school year.  

 

KY Substitute Teacher Requirements -
Hold a valid Kentucky teaching certificate

OR

Hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution

OR
Have 96 (or more) semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.45 GPA (considered Rank IV)
OR
Have 64 to 95 semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.45 GPA (considered Rank V)


Applications & accompanying documents will be reviewed and eligible candidates will be contacted by someone with the Human Resources Department.

 

REMINDER:  Substitute employees are utilized only on an as-needed basis.  There is no guarantee how many hours, if any, those hired will work. 

 

Candidates holding valid KY teaching certification will be given priority.
